Background:

RCI wanted a website that would celebrate their heritage, as well as their innovative approach to timesharing. So, our skilled team of UX and Visual Designers worked closely with RCI’s management team to create a better web experience across their Special Offers category. The result? A digital hub that puts the customer in control of finding and booking their perfect vacation getaway.

Special Offers redesign

We began by building scalable wireframes that allowed RCI to add or remove various properties at any point, in any of the website’s 18 different languages. Even better, these new wireframes gave them the ability to layer-in additional features over time. Keeping in mind the best way to complement the new interface, we implemented

a modular design that manifested new destinations across the top of the page, while other vacation categories continued to enrich each section. As RCI’s digital core continues to grow, Delphic remains a steadfast partner in unfolding a customized website with member segmentation, intelligent navigation and so much more.
