With operations on four continents, serving half a billion guests per year, they’re a global leader in culinary and hospitality serving six market sectors: Parks & Resorts, Gaming & Entertainment, Sport Service, Restaurants & Catering, Travel, and Specialty Retail.
As one of the largest hospitality management companies serving national and state parks, Delaware North lacked scalability and flexibility in its “Parks & Resorts” sector. As a result, they needed to kick their Reddot CMS to the curb and turn to Sitecore.
To create a framework to suite all properties, Delphic Digital proposed leveraging an accelerator framework composed of generic foundational grids and components for Sitecore.
To streamline the design process, cost, timing and manageability within the Sitecore platform, Delphic Digital leveraged Particle, its proprietary accelerator framework, to provide a set of generic Sitecore foundational grids and components.
Leveraging the Particle framework allowed the Delphic team to create unique designs for each property site, while meeting the client’s marketing needs.
Currently, Delphic plans to resdesign and launch 8+ websites, with select personalization as a second phase.
