I’m thrilled to announce that Lance Hollander has joined Delphic’s executive team as an agency Managing Partner. We brought Lance on board in 2012 to contribute his energy, agency experience and entrepreneurial spirit. I believe great agencies are built on great partnerships and Lance will help Delphic in so many ways — furthering our practice development, expanding our client base, and adding some serious marketing muscle.
Lance has had a robust and diverse career in the digital world. Based on his client-side and agency experience, I knew he could provide a valuable perspective on how we can solve our clients’ digital marketing challenges. I was particularly drawn to the results Lance has achieved on projects with Advanta, American Express, Callaway, New York Public Library, Oakley and Unicef.

He likes to tell people that we have different styles, and he’s right. The team, and our clients, benefit from having different leadership styles and complementary skillsets. Fortunately, we also happen to also really like hanging out with each other, which works well because our wives are also close friends. Lance says we’re ready to make some waves.
