Meet Delphic at Sitecore Symposium

Today, Delphic is excited to attend the long-awaited Sitecore Symposium conference. This monumental event in Sitecore history brings together Sitecore partners, clients, developers, and marketers from around the world to the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans, Louisiana for a collaborative conference on how to ace customer experience on all fronts.

Beyond the client relationship building and team bonding that comes part and parcel with such a major conference, we’re greatly looking forward to learning new and innovative ways to deliver optimum experiences through Sitecore, and sharing a few of our own.

In addition to attending, Delphic is proud to play to role of presenter. On Friday morning, Sr. Account Director, Kate Dalbey, will lead marketing breakout session #5 with Sunrise Senior Living’s Abby See on Romancing the Customer Experience. A foray into successful customer experience strategies, this session will explore how to identify your customers’ pain points, their barriers to conversion, and how to marry user testing with Sitecore Experience Database (xDB) personalization tools, to deliver the right content, at the right time, to the right person.

Customer experience is a big topic at Delphic and we’re excited to share our methodologies and best practices alongside a longtime Sitecore partner.

We’ve a solid team attending the conference with the goal of bringing all their knowledge gleanings back to the Delphic hive. Are you attending this year’s Symposium? If so, feel free to say hello if you spot us!
