At Delphic, our ultimate goal is to consistently create the best digital experiences possible for our clients. And, recognition from the industry is the cherry on top of a job well done.
To add to our year full of exciting achievements, Delphic Digital is incredibly pleased to share that we have been selected as the 2016 Davey Awards Gold Award Winner (Hotel/Lodging Websites category) for our work on Delaware North’s Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite.
The Davey Awards honor the achievements of the “Creative Davids” who derive their strength from big ideas, rather than stratospheric budgets. The winners of this Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts sanctioned award are selected from a pool of over 4,000 entries from international leading small firms.
The vision behind the redesign was to bring the breathtaking views for which Tenaya Lodge is known through to the digital experience, to give the user a fully immersive experience from the very start of their Tenaya journey – booking their stay.
By emphasizing fresh, engaging visual design and layouts that support positive user experiences, and highlighting the spa as a part of a defining experience, we were able to align with the client’s business goals of increasing bookings and more effectively driving promotions and packages.
Our redesign of the Tenaya Lodge website is part of a growing relationship with our client, Delaware North, which began with the successful launch of the 1919 Kitchen & Tap at Lambeau Field. As one of the largest hospitality management companies serving national and state parks, Delaware North came to us seeking scalability and flexibility in its “Parks & Resorts” sector. Our suggestion: a full visual redesign built on Sitecore.
With a streamlined design solution in place, Delaware North has found a whole new way to uniquely showcase the beauty and luxury of its world-class properties.
