At Delphic Digital, we’re all about data–tracking, analyzing, and using that data to optimize the reach of our client’s Web and mobile-based businesses. And to make sure we’re maximizing these efforts, we’ve brought on Krista Park as our Lead Analyst.
As Lead Analyst, Krista architects and implements tracking solutions to make educated data-based decisions using platforms such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Sitecore DMS, Salesforce, Eloqua, and Qlikview. Additionally, Krista manages all functions of client analytics, including auditing, designing, implementing, maintaining, and client training. The data garnered from these solutions helps us develop effective marketing strategies for our clients and design impressive, actionable reporting and insights.
Work History Snapshot
Krista first began her career in media planning/buying. She then moved into analytics after getting hooked on trying to understand the psychology of how people interact with websites and what we can learn from this data. Since then, she has worked for various top agencies for the past 11 years, with favorite clients including Coca-Cola, the American Red Cross, and DirecTV.
Outside the Office
Krista lives with her husband, two daughters, three cats, and a hamster and enjoys watching campy horror films–especially if it features a mutant virus outbreak. And her skills aren’t just reserved for data review–she’s also a pro at tackling home projects (her most recent success was refurbishing old shelves into a bookcase).
