One such all-star is Kevin Hanley – the latest addition to the Delphic team, and a bit of a whiz when it comes to all things marketing. Halfway has never been a concept Kevin has cared for much. Instead, he works to drive business initiatives full-force, delivering quality results that are simply unparalleled in the MarTech industry. So it makes sense that we found him to be a superior fit for our Director of Marketing role.
I believe I speak for the entire Delphic community when I say that we’re beyond excited to have Kevin. We look forward to his contributions in driving key initiatives for Delphic, as well as our clients.
Director of Marketing
As Director of Marketing, Kevin leads with a “Success Driven by Data” approach that allows him to execute multi-channel strategies for a diverse list of clients. On a daily basis, he’s responsible for overseeing the strategy for our entire Marketing Department, including Paid Media, SEO, Social Media, Analytics and Marketing Automation. He manages large-scale projects that require great attention to detail, from budgetary planning to creative messaging and beyond. Another key component of Kevin’s role is to help remove some of the inevitable roadblocks that can occur in the work plan, allowing a great team to accomplish great things, and, of course, to deliver the unrivaled results Delphic has become known for. More than anything though, Kevin drives his team to go above and beyond achieving their individual goals, while having fun along the way.
Work History Snapshot
Kevin has over 13 years of experience specializing in everything from paid search to SEO to affiliate channels, email and social marketing. By the ripe age of 22, Kevin was managing a 10 million dollar budget for SEO, PPC and the affiliate channel, while working for Penn Foster. “It was a lot heaved onto someone with almost no experience,” he admits. But that didn’t stop him from taking his career to the next level. From there, he went on to become the Vice President of Marketing for other large profile companies like Ascentive Software and We Buy Any Car. Having spent the majority of his career leading multi-channel digital marketing strategies, Kevin believes that execution and communication are the cornerstones to any quality end-deliverable.
Kevin, who grew up in Scranton, PA, attended Penn State University – (We Are!) – and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management.

When he’s not spending time with his wife and dog (an American Dingo named Ellie) at their home in Media, PA, Kevin enjoys “geeking-out” on comics, Sci-Fi movies (ehem, Episode VII!), TV shows, food, beer and wine. “You name it, i’ve probably geeked out on it,” he admits. Beyond that, Kevin loves to travel and try anything new, and usually ignores the risk involved when it just feels right. But the destination he recommends above all others is Playa Mujeres in Mexico, for which he had one word to describe: “Beautiful.”
