I’m pleased to announce we have acquired the entire 3rd floor of our building to accommodate Delphic’s continued growth. The addition will take Delphic’s office space to roughly 9,000 square feet.
We all spend a considerable amount of our lives in our work environs and a hard working agency like Delphic is no different. Making the office comfortable, aesthetically appealing and energizing is a very important aspect of a culture we actively cultivate.
Manayunk itself is a fun and interesting old Philadelphia neighborhood filled with galleries, bars, furniture & bike stores and restaurants. But our building has interesting bones (and tenants) as well. 116 Shurs Lane is a converted 150 year old knitting mill with the creaky floors, uneven walls, exposed ceilings and big windows to prove it. We have been steadily investing in improvements to both the aesthetics and the amenities (look for an upcoming announcement regarding Delphic Brew) for our employees. The additional space will not only keep us under one roof (and enable me to secure a damn conference room), but also open up other possibilities such as hosting more public events.
For me personally – I’m looking forward to running out of space again! Oh, and you can use our new street address – 116 Shurs Lane, 2nd Floor and up!
